When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalie prevented a goal. 4 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Cazorla came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Cazorla. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Wall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Farias came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Lambe Kü. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Tom Wall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Primitivo Andino with Felix Montenegro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Primitivo Andino got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luis Andino. In the 35th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tom Wall was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 39 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tom Wall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Hellström in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Aldo Cazorla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Wei Cheng Ling. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Wall was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 63 minute of play. If Jonathan Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ☠QUINTERO☠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wei Cheng Ling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wei Cheng Ling kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tom Wall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Tom Wall stood somewhat misplaced when Cristian Sancho came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 96 minute.
