Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arturo Turner took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind New Miran FC's goalkeeper Gino Tonić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to New Miran FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Evandro Maranhense hit a great ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Tonić having to make a save. If Orlando Casaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Miran FC's goalkeeper Gino Tonić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, New Miran FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Gino Tonić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Gino Tonić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play forced New Miran FC's goalkeeper Gino Tonić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th play minute Arturo Turner came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Thiago Pliego. 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gino Tonić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chile were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after New Miran FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Francisco Carballar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gino Tonić quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gino Tonić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when New Miran FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mané Belino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Tonić having to make a save. New Miran FC's Gino Tonić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save New Miran FC from getting a goal against them. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Neeskens in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Vandamme in the 65th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gino Tonić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Pozo. New Miran FC made a substitution. Laerte Marquez replaced Mané Belino. After a rather tough play, Chile's Gerardo Pozo got a free kick in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Arturo Turner managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Miran FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Turner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Turner in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gino Tonić narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
