Wlodzimierz Kilarski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karol Sitko to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Boreham Wood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Juliusz Popowicz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wlodzimierz Kilarski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Kilarski made a huge save. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Boreham Wood FC's Juliusz Popowicz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 91st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Honduras. The supporters of Boreham Wood FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Boreham Wood FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Honduras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
