Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gigi Neacșu started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Cetatea Suceava was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Malmgren to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigi Neacșu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Gigi Neacșu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristiano Ronaldinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Liviu Aldulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Gigi Neacșu lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Gigi Neacșu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. Gigi Neacșu had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Cetatea Suceava getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Tao Xiong Xuan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Neacșu in the 38th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liviu Aldulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of the match. Cetatea Suceava's Tao Xiong Xuan got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Gigi Neacșu put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigi Neacșu in the 53rd minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigi Neacșu in the 56th minute of play. Cristian Elian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Gigi Neacșu put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 65th minute Gigi Neacșu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute of the match Francesco Alfonsi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Liviu Aldulescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lars Malmgren made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. 75 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas lined in a short shot 7-1 behind a frustrated Liviu Aldulescu. 78 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Neacșu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas managed to work through Cetatea Suceava's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tomas Illescas dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Aldulescu having to interfere. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Cetatea Suceava walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
