After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Martesana Inter's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Emilio Spada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Pinti's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Domina came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Pinti in the 94th minute of play. Biagio Mandara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martesana Inter succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
