In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind ÇiçekFc's goalkeeper Zekai Poyraz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 45th play minutes Lautaro Mancebo shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Zekai Poyraz and just under the crossbar into goal. The ÇiçekFc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 1-2.

ÇiçekFc's Zekai Poyraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save ÇiçekFc from getting a goal against them. In the 50th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zekai Poyraz. The goal made the score 1-3. ÇiçekFc's Zekai Poyraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zekai Poyraz firmly grabbed it by the left post. 59 minutes into the match, Facundo Cadaval dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zekai Poyraz, 1-4. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaan Türk in the 78th minute of the match. Zekai Poyraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Hüseyin Cahit Özerdem hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes ÇiçekFc got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Favila. Zekai Poyraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zekai Poyraz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. In the 88th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Leoz to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zekai Poyraz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zekai Poyraz having to make a save. Zekai Poyraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ÇiçekFc supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
