In the 6th minute Cristiano Ronaldinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Tao Xiong Xuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Liviu Aldulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 11th minute of play. Pascual Carballar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Liviu Aldulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Cristiano Ronaldinho took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. Liviu Aldulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Abram Sarmiento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Liviu Aldulescu having to make a save. Cetatea Suceava's Liviu Aldulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 26th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tao Xiong Xuan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Liviu Aldulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Liviu Aldulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 35th minute of play. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cetatea Suceava's Liviu Aldulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of play. Abram Sarmiento hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Abram Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cetatea Suceava's goalie prevented a goal. Liviu Aldulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Liviu Aldulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cetatea Suceava's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cetatea Suceava's goalie and right to Luis Cazalla. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cetatea Suceava's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 56 minutes into the game, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Liviu Aldulescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Ronaldinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Neacșu in the 66th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Liviu Aldulescu, 2-2. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. In the 72nd minute, Emil Poalelungi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Liviu Aldulescu made a huge save. The throw-in from Lars Malmgren in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. After a defensive mix-up in Cetatea Suceava's zone, Abram Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liviu Aldulescu came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liviu Aldulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abram Secada who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Liviu Aldulescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cetatea Suceava's Liviu Aldulescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Cetatea Suceava from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the game, Colombia's Abram Secada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Liviu Aldulescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Ignacio Mastache did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-4 to the left of a surprised Liviu Aldulescu 92 minutes into the match. The Colombia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
