Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Victorio Gora got the match started through his kick off. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Lamberto having to interfere. Artemio Lamberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Eulalio Gil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artemio Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Triunvirato FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Gombal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Triunvirato FC's Artemio Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. Artemio Lamberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Eulalio Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Lamberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artemio Lamberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Miguel Gombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Lamberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Triunvirato FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Lamberto came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artemio Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to Triunvirato FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eulalio Gil hit a great ball. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Triunvirato FC's Artemio Lamberto. Artemio Lamberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Artemio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Lamberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artemio Lamberto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 80 minute of play. Triunvirato FC's Artemio Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 87th minute of play. Artemio Lamberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Lamberto having to interfere.
