After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Eilif Rosholm fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. After 14 played minutes Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 got a freekick which was hit by Abidin Camcı. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eilif Rosholm went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eilif Rosholm in the 23rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Jonathan Venegas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Eilif Rosholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's supporters rose to their feet, but Eilif Rosholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eilif Rosholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Abidin Camcı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's supporters rose to their feet, but Abidin Camcı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Eilif Rosholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's supporters rose to their feet, but Eilif Rosholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute Abidin Camcı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Sezai Doğan in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Abidin Camcı notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abidin Camcı in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 67th minute. Hasan Hüseyin Niyazi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eilif Rosholm in the 69th minute of play. Eilif Rosholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eilif Rosholm ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eilif Rosholm in the 82nd minute of play. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's Abidin Camcı got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 94 minutes, You Xi Liang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's supporters crossed their fingers, but You Xi Liang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
