Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. Moises Gayoso made in the 7th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliseo Mina however managed to control. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Orlandus having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Guanacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Ekaitz to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Hug made in the 21st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ricardo Ekaitz however managed to control. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Pierres in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milagros Fraga in the 31st minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Clemencin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Rolando Noboa 35 minutes into the match. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Pierres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marcial Orlandus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Pierres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marcial Orlandus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Pierres in the 69th minute of the match. Ricardo Hug made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Denis Pello immediately put the ball in play. In the 76th minute, Vinicio Esdras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Guanacos's Eustaquio Martxelin was substituted for Paulo Pierres. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Rafael Gallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Marcial Orlandus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Hug hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Martxelin in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guanacos had won after a very even match.
