Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dino Palmisano took the kick off in the first half of the match. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Cristiano Granata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 2nd minute of play. Cristiano Granata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 7th minute of the match. Dino Palmisano came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thiago Pliego could save by the left post. In the 10th minute of the match A.S. Ian Fenomeni got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dino Palmisano ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Sandro Nesta heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cristiano Granata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Granata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.S. Ian Fenomeni's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Guillermo Fontirroig fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristiano Granata quite easily take care of the ball. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dino Palmisano in the 33rd minute. Cristiano Granata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 34th minute of play. Cristiano Granata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Palleschi hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Dino Palmisano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

Mariano Lacasa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Cristiano Granata when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Palmisano came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Galeone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Enzo Guerrieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 63rd minute of play forced A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Granata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Rodrigue Léonard got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Rodrigue Léonard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dino Palmisano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. In the 78th minute of the match Chile got a corner. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Lacasa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristiano Granata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Chile booed when A.S. Ian Fenomeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Nesta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 86th minute of the match. A.S. Ian Fenomeni were furious when Višeslav Adamović was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of A.S. Ian Fenomeni:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chile:s goal. In the 92nd minute, Chile got a penalty, and Mariano Lacasa placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Cristiano Granata made a huge save. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
