Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolai Gydam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolai Gydam came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half TeamGurre were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Freddi Jellingsø made a kick off. Uruguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 52nd minute. The corner ended in Jaime Cazalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TeamGurre's Calvin Euvrard did a great save. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Euvrard having to interfere. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TeamGurre! TeamGurre:s Calvin Euvrard showed great skill when he stopped Jaime Cazalla:s penalty. Jon Røboe hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, TeamGurre's Emmanuel Nebbe got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jorge Sainz hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Teodor Wils sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move. 70 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of TeamGurre's Calvin Euvrard. Calvin Euvrard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Jann Seemholt tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led TeamGurre's Teodor Wils to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Gayoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 82nd minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calvin Euvrard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Freddi Jellingsø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 90th match minute, TeamGurre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ejnar Cristoffanini to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes, Freddi Jellingsø mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TeamGurre and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, TeamGurre's Freddi Jellingsø got a free kick in the 94th minute. Although Uruguay had been in control for most of the match, TeamGurre still came away with the win.
