Cristiano Granata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Rodrigue Léonard dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edoardo Galeone got free with Dante Lacasa in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 23rd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Palmisano, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Dino Palmisano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 32nd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Granata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Mexico's Joel Gaona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dino Palmisano struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.S. Ian Fenomeni. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 39th minute of play forced A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Granata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when A.S. Ian Fenomeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Genta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Lautaro Mancebos short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Cristiano Granata to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gani Pamirhan in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Cristiano Granata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigue Léonard in the 76th minute of the match. Joel Gaona received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristiano Granata came out and tried to block the shot, but Joel Gaona slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Palmisano in the 85th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Granata was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 3-3. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
