David Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute, Jedi Knights's Eloy Teodor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Feliberto Frederico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliberto Frederico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Emanuel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Isaac Iban who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Jedi Knights's Isaac Iban in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Tolino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomiro Tolino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Isaac Iban sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Bento in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Feliberto Frederico notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliberto Frederico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Moises Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliberto Frederico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Isaac Iban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Feliberto Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Christian Sancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jedi Knights the free kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Christian Sancho got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. Baldomiro Tolino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Jedi Knights's Joel Bento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. Feliberto Frederico kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Baldomiro Tolino with Eloy Teodor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Iban in the 71st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Iban in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Bento took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Iban in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Iban came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joel Bento came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Jedi Knights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Bento couldn't finish the play. Jedi Knights's Feliberto Frederico got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jedi Knights fully deserved thier win.
