Kyle Davies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Maurinho Neves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Kyle Davies's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dagoberto Vander was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Neves in the 31st minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes, Maurinho Neves made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden Football OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Davies came free, but Dagoberto Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Stanley Wallace got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kyle Davies could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Dagoberto Vander made a huge save. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maurinho Neves was the one to do the kick off. Kyle Davies might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dagoberto Vander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kyle Davies ran back to his position shaking his head. Maurinho Neves in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruno Barrett, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luisinho Vergílio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stanley Wallace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dagoberto Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden Football OFF's Luisinho Vergílio got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Kyle Davies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Stanley Wallace came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Curacao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanley Wallace couldn't finish the play. After 78 played minutes Iron Maiden Football OFF got a freekick which was hit by Valdir de Azevedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Davies in the 81st minute of play forced Iron Maiden Football OFF's goalkeeper Dagoberto Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Vergílio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Vergílio in the 86th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Iron Maiden Football OFF's Luisinho Vergílio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Iron Maiden Football OFF played a much better game than Curacao and deserved their victory. The Curacao players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
