After 17 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Escribano. In the 17th minute, Maximiliano Escribano fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Edgar Chlapowski moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Chlapowski having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Sprzedawcy ogórków's Mateusz Bielejewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Sprzedawcy ogórków's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Edgar Chlapowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Sprzedawcy ogórków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bat Man to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Cazalla took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Chlapowski. Edgar Chlapowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ryszard Wojna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Beldad's late challenge caught a Sprzedawcy ogórków's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Mateusz Bielejewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Uruguay were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Ciszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Bielejewski in the 56th minute of play. Edgar Chlapowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 62nd minute of the match. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Francisco Seco lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Edgar Chlapowski. Mateusz Bielejewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Maximiliano Escribano's late challenge caught a Sprzedawcy ogórków's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Chlapowski came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Escribano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With his leg Edgar Chlapowski managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Uruguay's Francisco Seco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wasyl Dziatkowicz in the 91 minute of the game. Sprzedawcy ogórków's Mateusz Bielejewski got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Bat Man was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sprzedawcy ogórków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
