Dagoberto Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Sá threw the ball into play from the sideline. Haiti's Ernso Constant quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iron Maiden Football OFF's goalkeeper Dagoberto Vander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Neves in the 9th minute of the match. When Philippe Ambroise came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philippe Ambroise couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Alphonses short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Dagoberto Vander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Iron Maiden Football OFF's zone, Jonathan Alphonse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dagoberto Vander came out of the goal and Jonathan Alphonse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gesner Philippe took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dagoberto Vander. Dagoberto Vander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 32 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Saint Jean Pierre. Walmir Simões made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luisinho Vergílio however managed to control. Philippe Ambroise took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dagoberto Vander. Dagoberto Vander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto de Lara in the 43rd minute of play. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Alphonse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Dagoberto Vander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dinei Zanette hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Dagoberto Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Gilberto de Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58thth minute of the game Jonathan Alphonse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iron Maiden Football OFF's Dagoberto Vander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Alphonse in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagoberto Vander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisinho Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 71st minute of play forced Iron Maiden Football OFF's goalkeeper Dagoberto Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Seide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto de Lara in the 73rd minute. The Iron Maiden Football OFF fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Iron Maiden Football OFF's Maurinho Neves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 81 played minutes Iron Maiden Football OFF got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto de Lara. Dagoberto Vander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Alphonse's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 91st minute, Gesner Philippe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, Iron Maiden Football OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinei Zanette to maneuver through the defense.
