Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper Márcio Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 6 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Márcio Terra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th minute, Dráusio Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 played minutes The Power Guido FC got a freekick which was hit by Hudson Soares. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play forced The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper Márcio Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. The Power Guido FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 16th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Luiz Pontes during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With an all-out effort, The Power Guido FC's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dráusio Gonçalves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Power Guido FC's Márcio Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Márcio Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in The Power Guido FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Márcio Terra came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Márcio Terra. Márcio Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper Márcio Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dráusio Gonçalves in the 40th minute. After 42 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Márcio Terra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of The Power Guido FC's Márcio Terra. Márcio Terra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 53rd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Márcio Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, The Power Guido FC's Márcio Terra got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with Márcio Terra in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Power Guido FC's goalkeeper Márcio Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Power Guido FC made a substitution. Juarês da Rocha replaced Rui Breckenfeld. João Carlos de Queiroz charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Power Guido FC's Márcio Terra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save The Power Guido FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Ecuador booed when The Power Guido FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luiz Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador played a much better game than The Power Guido FC and deserved their victory. The The Power Guido FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
