Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silvinho Quintal started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Tang Quan Yan got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvinho Quintal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Quintal in the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great ball. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Tang Quan Yan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Pinheiros Capibaras FC from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvinho Quintal in the 15th minute of play. Jhonny Rabelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvinho Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvinho Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Tang Quan Yan made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Seco during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Seco. Tang Quan Yan stood somewhat misplaced when Francisco Seco came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 40 minute. In the 43rd minute Silvinho Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes, Camilo Franco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Pinheiros Capibaras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Camilo Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Silvinho Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Silvinho Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. After 55 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tang Quan Yan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tang Quan Yan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jorge Sainz hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Silvinho Quintal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jhonny Rabelo in the 67th minute of play. Silvinho Quintal in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes in the game, Francisco Seco dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Silvinho Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 92 minutes Pinheiros Capibaras FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Alberto Gisbert managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tang Quan Yan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After 94 minutes, Narciso Mendes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinheiros Capibaras FC and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pinheiros Capibaras FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Uruguay.
