Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Marco Hoffmann sent off a good shot on target. The corner led to Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Jardel Correia getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Régis Porto took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Régis Porto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marco Hoffmann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Tião de Amaral got a free kick in the 30th minute. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Porto in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Régis Porto made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Costa Rica were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Tasis took the corner. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Marco Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Porto in the 52nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cléberson Munhoz charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cléberson Munhoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Cléberson Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Marco Hoffmann made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 69th minute, Marco Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Hoffmann in the 73rd minute of the match. When Costa Rica's Axel Tasis in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Régis Porto. But to his dismay, Régis Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 80 minutes into the match, Régis Porto notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the game, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Marco Hoffmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Marco Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes of play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Régis Porto made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there!
