Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zé Paulo Sá, made in the 22nd minute of the game. When Jonathan Alphonse came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Alphonse couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Iron Maiden Football OFF's Dagoberto Vander got control of the ball when Jonathan Alphonse tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Paulo Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Paulo Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden Football OFF's Zé Paulo Sá got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Raymond Louis kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Neves in the 38th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Maurinho Neves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurinho Neves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Ernso Constant got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Alphonse struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Dagoberto Vander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haiti. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philippe Ambroise during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Philippe Ambroise got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Alphonse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute of the match, Luisinho Vergílio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Noel Seide saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 61 minutes into the match, Maurinho Neves notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Haiti's Noel Seide. Noel Seide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute Luisinho Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Zé Paulo Sá in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Ernso Constant. Zé Paulo Sá made in the 71st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luisinho Vergílio. Gesner Philippe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dagoberto Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Dorval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Vergílio in the 87th minute of play. Zé Paulo Sá made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gilberto de Lara immediately put the ball in play. 91 minutes into the game, Ernso Constant cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Dagoberto Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Jonathan Alphonse came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Alphonse couldn't finish the play. The Iron Maiden Football OFF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
