Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kajetan Pruss kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Kajetan Pruss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rothenburg SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 5th minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Piotr Kociniewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piotr Kociniewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Piotr Kociniewski sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kajetan Pruss in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Leonard Kojder got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lucjan Golaszewski. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Kociniewski came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucjan Golaszewski who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Rothenburg SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radoslaw Michalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Kociniewski in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Rothenburg SSA's Zbyszek Werra got a free kick in the 50th minute. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Borubar having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Werra in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Kajetan Pruss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rothenburg SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Kajetan Pruss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Kajetan Pruss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Artur Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafal Imbor in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Zbyszek Werra charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbyszek Werra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Rothenburg SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszek Werra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Venegas's late challenge caught a Rothenburg SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Venegas helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Kajetan Pruss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Golaszewski in the 87th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Rothenburg SSA's Kajetan Pruss nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Rothenburg SSA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
