Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ganga Banga in the 3rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 5th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Szczepan Opat hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Korneliusz Panasewicz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korneliusz Panasewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Mariano got a throw-in 24 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tomas Illescas. In the 25th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Lenertej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ganga Banga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Panasewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korneliusz Panasewicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Korneliusz Panasewicz slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Korneliusz Panasewicz was the one to do the kick off. Guillermo Mariano made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jose Correa. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ganga Banga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boguslaw Motowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szczepan Opat during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SS SuperSonics's Szczepan Opat got a free kick in the 57th minute. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Hugon Lenertej to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iwan Pilitowski made in the 62nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Boguslaw Motowski however managed to control. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugon Lenertej. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. SS SuperSonics's Zachariasz Kaczucha quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guillermo Mariano, made in the 66th minute of the game. After having played for 67 minutes, Korneliusz Panasewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SS SuperSonics's supporters crossed their fingers, but Korneliusz Panasewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Hugon Lenertej managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 74th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugon Lenertej showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Panasewicz in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugon Lenertej prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Panasewicz in the 81st minute of play. The SS SuperSonics support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
