Jonathan Otto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gianluigi Orange having to interfere. 20 minutes in the game Cristo Ospin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Téo Massa. Elano Salgado hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Cristo Ospin made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Téo Massa however managed to control. In the 30th minute, Norbert Kosowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Téo Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Soyuer got free with Gianluigi Orange in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jarbas Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Téo Massa in the 38th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Gianluigi Orange successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

Coice de Mula's Franklin Moraes was substituted for Elano Salgado. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Turgut Soyuer made a kick off.
