Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Richard Linhares started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Paraibano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 8 minutes, Cícero Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magnifico FC - FSCMZ and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nestor Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the match, Richard Senna tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lautaro Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Richard Senna got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Richard Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Kléber Magalhães made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 23rd minute of the game Kléber Magalhães made a throw-in which Richard Senna played forward. After 25 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kléber Magalhães in the 28 minute of the game. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 29th minute of play. Dorival Xavier's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorival Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Magnifico FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Xavier. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 35th minute of play forced Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Nestor Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Kléber Magalhães threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Christian Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 39 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a free kick in the 41st minute. With an all-out effort, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Linhares, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 48th minute. Penalty! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute Luca Espinar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 62nd minute of play. Richard Senna struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magnifico FC - FSCMZ. Nestor Paraibano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 70th minute. 74 minutes into the game, Richard Linhares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Alan Machado got a free kick in the 75th minute. Alan Machado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. When Kléber Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Kléber Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. Kléber Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 91st minute of play. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Dorian Marquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Edmundo Espiga took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Nestor Paraibano to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Honduras players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
