Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Agustín Saelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Songur Yoran came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Songur Yoran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Damaso Orlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Arsenal FC's Songur Yoran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 19 minutes, Damaso Orlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Orlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edvard Pihl was slow to take the kick. During this time Arsenal FC's players had a chance to rest. Edvard Pihl made a great header on Arsenal FC's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 28 minutes, Frands Thygelund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frands Thygelund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Songur Yoran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Damaso Orlin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-1. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute. Mehmet Çağrı Eraslan's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Çağrı Eraslan helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Damaso Orlin made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Zorita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. Songur Yoran made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Songur Yoran. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 76th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Songur Yoran was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Arsenal FC's Pål Brun got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Songur Yoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Orlin in the 90th minute of play. Arsenal FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
