When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Urmet Karja sped through El Salvador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. 19 minutes into the game, A.C. AUDAX's Iñaki Carrasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takis Trigonakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Sauca in the 25th minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urmet Karja in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Juan-Alfredo Blazquez notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. A.C. AUDAX's Zhan Kehayov was substituted for Takis Trigonakis. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zhan Kehayov was the one to do the kick off. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhan Kehayov in the 53rd minute of the match. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the game, Gaizka Ucero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Iñaki Carrasco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Sauca in the 64th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iñaki Carrasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Iñaki Carrasco made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Zhan Kehayov took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Ricardo Zorita to make any attempt to save it. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by A.C. AUDAX's Zhan Kehayov. But to his dismay, Zhan Kehayov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Marco Tamayo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. El Salvador's attentive Valentino Ferrant managed to snatch the ball when Paco Zafrilla made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaizka Ucero during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, A.C. AUDAX's Gaizka Ucero got a free kick in the 96th minute.
