Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. When Richard Linhares came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Magnifico FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Linhares couldn't finish the play. After 8 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. 11 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Linhares came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Linhares in the 14th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Machado in the 18th minute of play. When Chicão Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Chicão Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Magnifico FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Novaes. Nestor Paraibano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Tasis in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes, Richard Linhares made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Magnifico FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Kléber Magalhães hit a great ball. With a little luck, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Alan Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Costa Rica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Linhares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Alan Machado sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Richard Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Richard Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Senna scored 0-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Alan Machado sent off a good shot on target. Richard Linhares scored 0-4 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kléber Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nestor Paraibano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Puig went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Nestor Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 80th minute of the match. Chicão Novaes hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
