Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jelte Bleiswijk in the 22nd minute. Thanasis Koltsidas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donzel Goyeneta in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jelte Bleiswijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thanasis Koltsidas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The wind increased when Jelte Bleiswijk made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Anthony Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Rafael Gallo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thanasis Koltsidas. The goal made the score 0-2.
