In a very dangerous position, a player in ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Colombia a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Incendio in the 18th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Cebrian hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oso Prato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aurelio Cebrian took the corner. Oso Prato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Incendio came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Efrain Incendio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 36 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Mastache. Efrain Incendio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Dobromir Bentkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aurelio Cebrian took the corner. The corner ended in Efrain Incendio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. If Guaberto Behe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Efrain Incendio to make the kick off. Efrain Incendio scored 2-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute, Efrain Incendio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. 74 minutes into the match, Efrain Incendio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efrain Incendio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ made a substitution. Benigno Senon replaced Aurelio Cebrian. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Oso Prato successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
