Ademir Soares was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 81 played minutes Meninos De Cotia got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Soares. If Gino de Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olivier Dubs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Hugo Rodrigues throw himself and got hold of the ball when Toninho Cosme in the 88thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. BEST FABIO F.C. were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Meninos De Cotia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexandre Xande took the corner.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Meninos De Cotia had won after a very even match.
