Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, MINAS TIRITH's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Niculae Dudău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th match minute, MINAS TIRITH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phoenix Alb to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Görkem Büyükada sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind MINAS TIRITH's goalkeeper Niculae Dudău, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 played minutes MINAS TIRITH got a freekick which was hit by Eric Buga. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Niculae Dudău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niculae Dudău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Görkem Büyükada in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Phoenix Alb. If Phoenix Alb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niculae Dudău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Dudău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liviu Vlăsiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberto Tafallas short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Niculae Dudău to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Mexico booed when MINAS TIRITH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Buga didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, MINAS TIRITH's Niculae Dudău got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niculae Dudău was a little too slow when Lautaro Mancebo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-1. MINAS TIRITH's Florin Nenciu was substituted for Eric Buga. In the 69th minute, Görkem Büyükada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 71st minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Niculae Dudău saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 72nd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. After 73 minutes, Gelu Scaeru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MINAS TIRITH and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gelu Scaeru kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute Phoenix Alb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niculae Dudău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Liviu Vlăsiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Vlăsiu in the 94th minute of play. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing MINAS TIRITH to leave the ground with a draw.
