After 4 played minutes FALCÕES VERDES got a freekick which was hit by Carlos McAllister. Jiang Yu Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Betinho Lenzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Betinho Lenzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Yu Lin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play forced FALCÕES VERDES's goalkeeper Jiang Yu Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betinho Lenzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Betinho Lenzi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. FALCÕES VERDES's Jiang Yu Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 35th minute of play. Jiang Yu Lin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as FALCÕES VERDES's Betinho Lenzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Betinho Lenzi put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
52 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's Betinho Lenzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, FALCÕES VERDES's Jiang Yu Lin got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 54 played minutes FALCÕES VERDES got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Lenzi. After a rather tough play, FALCÕES VERDES's 梅谦文 got a free kick in the 56th minute. Jiang Yu Lin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Luis Andino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jiang Yu Lin. That made the score 3-1 after 63 minutes of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emre Çeliksu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by FALCÕES VERDES's Betinho Lenzi. But to his dismay, Betinho Lenzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Betinho Lenzi in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Lenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Betinho Lenzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Lenzi came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. The FALCÕES VERDES support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
