After 20 played minutes, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Richard Senna shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Magnifico FC - FSCMZ reached it. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Machado in the 22nd minute of the match. After 32 minutes of play, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Richard Linhares made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Alan Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 59th minute of play forced Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Nestor Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alan Machado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 0-7 in the 62 minute of play. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Costa Rica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
