Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after IRAKLIS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 6th minute of the match, Miltiadis Liakos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iakovos Perivolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12thth minute of the game Miltiadis Liakos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iakovos Perivolakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chinomso Zelarayan in the 20th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to IRAKLIS getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alekos Karameros hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iakovos Perivolakis having to interfere. Iakovos Perivolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iakovos Perivolakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iakovos Perivolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iakovos Perivolakis came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. Iakovos Perivolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ecuador booed when IRAKLIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tasos Samarakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Iakovos Perivolakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iakovos Perivolakis. IRAKLIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chinomso Zelarayan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akakios Lyberopoulos during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, IRAKLIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akakios Lyberopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Iakovos Perivolakis was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 57th match minute, IRAKLIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chinomso Zelarayan to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Iakovos Perivolakis however easily saved by the left post. In the 71st minute of the match Alekos Karameros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iakovos Perivolakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. IRAKLIS made a substitution. Menelaos Mavromatis replaced Akakios Lyberopoulos. With a little luck, IRAKLIS's Iakovos Perivolakis got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 86th minute. Chinomso Zelarayan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ecuador played a much better game than IRAKLIS and deserved their victory. The IRAKLIS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
