Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Manolis Apostolakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 3rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Manolis Apostolakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolis Apostolakis having to interfere. A collision led to PAOK-RE4 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Kostas Symeonakos hit a great ball. Manolis Apostolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PAOK-RE4's Manolis Apostolakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michalis Telakis made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, PAOK-RE4's Kyriakos Kortselis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Aggelos Stathoulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyriakos Kortselis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michalis Telakis's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Michalis Telakis made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 64 minutes into the match, PAOK-RE4's goalkeeper Manolis Apostolakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Kyriakos Kortselis managed to get in a good position for a shot. PAOK-RE4's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyriakos Kortselis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Manolis Apostolakis made a huge save. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolis Apostolakis having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Michalis Telakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Kostas Symeonakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, PAOK-RE4 could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
