After taking down the ball on USA's corner Diego Bradley fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Egun Pais quite easily take care of the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Diego Bradley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Egun Pais was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexsandro Mandrak couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Sam Campbell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The Floresta Negra FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
