Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 7thth minute of the game Karhan Siralp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Janar Lehismets was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 11 minutes into the match, New Loser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Janar Lehismets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New Loser FC's Murilo Paraíba got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. César Bittencourt hit a great ball. New Loser FC's Janar Lehismets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Janar Lehismets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Janar Lehismets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Janar Lehismets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play. Roberto Nuness short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 46th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 58 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Vieira. After 60 minutes, Murilo Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New Loser FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Murilo Paraíba hit a great ball. When Karhan Siralp came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the New Loser FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karhan Siralp couldn't finish the play. In the 71st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Karhan Siralp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. When New Loser FC's Karhan Siralp in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 91st minute, Karhan Siralp made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
