A collision led to PALMEIRAS-UTAH getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Olimpiu Mirciulescu hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Voldfrom, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Donald Voldfrom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mexico's Luca Zorita, in the 31st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's 严昂军 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Seco in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Qu Feng recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. The 严昂军 was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexico players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
