Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Co Bayo got free with Dante Lacasa in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Co Bayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytuğ Aral in the 13th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Adilson Rocha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adilson Rocha really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Cheng Xiang in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match, Wang Cheng Xiang tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aytuğ Aral in the 21st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Adilson Rocha sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Victor Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Victor Erauso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Alijilán returns booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Saul Orti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Saul Orti got a free kick in the 56th minute. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Juan Gaute hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Victor Erauso quite easily take care of the ball. Luca Zorita took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Erauso. Victor Erauso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Alijilán returns's Sly Noble was substituted for Kieth Van Damme. Victor Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Victor Erauso in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aytuğ Aral, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Co Bayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Co Bayo in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Co Bayo came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wang Cheng Xiang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Alijilán returns fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mexico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
