Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ludomil Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ludomil Kajdasz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ludomil Kajdasz came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Herblay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Antonin Dagornes short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Dante Lacasa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Herblay fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Herblay's Antonin Dagorne looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Bougault in the 53rd minute of play. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 54th minute of play. After 54 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Sylvain Missonnier. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Ludomil Kajdasz in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitri Bougault came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ludomil Kajdasz could save by the left post. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Bougault in the 62nd minute of play. Billy Magnin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Ludomil Kajdasz however easily saved by the left post. In the 77th minute, Herblay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ludomil Kajdasz made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Ludomil Kajdasz in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Ludomil Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sylvain Missonnier hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaud Konieczny in the 92nd minute of play. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomil Kajdasz having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
