Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Furman made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Edward Mcdonald sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 23rd minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Beugnet scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Diego Bradley in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Equipo's Yavuz Selimhan İğdemir. In the 37th minute, USA's Monty Rogers ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ismael Furman. Ismael Furman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Equipo's Ismael Furman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 43rd minute of play. In the 48th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Brown to maneuver through the defense. In the 49th minute, Juliusz Cezar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and USA's Marco Day didn't even have to move.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Sid Todd hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 58th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Equipo booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bradley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Bradley to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Furman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Equipo's Sebastiano Disselkoen suffered a concussion in the 75th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Edward Mcdonald charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Mcdonald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. In the 76th minute, Edward Mcdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute Marco Baker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Equipo's Teofil Chrzan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sam Campbell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Furman having to interfere. After 91 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Juliusz Cezar who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Equipo's Juliusz Cezar to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Khalid Parry scored 2-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Furman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 96th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Furman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. USA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Equipo to leave the ground with a draw.
