Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bedrettin Özguven started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bedrettin Özguven went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Palestine's Bedrettin Özguven sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedrettin Özguven in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erhun Bilek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Palestine getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Eser İşcan hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Erhun Bilek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anísio Matorin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. The throw-in from Luis Andino in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Palestine's Güven Çetiner. Thanks to some nice moves Bedrettin Özguven could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Palestine were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eser İşcan took the corner. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Bedrettin Özguven took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Erhun Bilek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Primitivo Andino with Felix Montenegro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Bedrettin Özguven scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 3-0. A collision led to Palestine getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Eser İşcan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 45th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Erhun Bilek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedrettin Özguven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anísio Matorin in the 56th minute of the match. Bedrettin Özguven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Palestine's Silvério Salgado seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Silvério Salgado the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Palestine protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Silvério Salgado had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palestine fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Palestine:s Erhun Bilek showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Enis Behiç Cangun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Enis Behiç Cangun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erhun Bilek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 75th minute. After 78 played minutes Palestine got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Åke Svanberg. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88 played minutes Palestine got a freekick which was hit by Mikail Jackson. 90 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Erhun Bilek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Enis Behiç Cangun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 97th match minute, Palestine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enis Behiç Cangun to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Palestine had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
