Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristian Egoitz got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 2 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 7 minutes Oshyros ll's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Cristian Egoitz made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 10thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Julio Vera would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 13 minutes into the match, 孙翀轩 sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Julio Vera threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for 孙翀轩 this time. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Djamel Autret recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Djamel Autret showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 23rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 32 minutes in the game, Cristian Egoitz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Julio Vera having to interfere. Djamel Autret blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Oshyros ll's Fumo Pocock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Egoitz in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Egoitz in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute Djamel Autret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oshyros ll made a substitution. François Marotte replaced Cristian Egoitz. An unexpectedly hard shot by François Marotte in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If 孙翀轩 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Oshyros ll's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fumo Pocock came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute Isaac Intxixu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Oshyros ll's François Marotte in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, François Marotte put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Agustín Saelices blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fumo Pocock having to make a save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Intxixu in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when François Marotte came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The shot was a little too simple and Fumo Pocock could save by the left post. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oshyros ll's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fumo Pocock quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Oshyros ll were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
