Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jermaine Richmond having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Merlin Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Paulíny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jermaine Richmond had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Mariano Lacasa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Merlin Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sung McKinley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 44th minute, Antoine Schaefer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jermaine Richmond, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Khachatryan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 0-2.

Khachatryan made a substitution. Jon Yost replaced Petros Oganesyan. Khachatryan's Hu Wei Shu was substituted for Tigran Kirakosyan. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Merlin Castro made a kick off. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Castro in the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 minutes of play, Khachatryan's Sung McKinley made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hu Wei Shu in the 58th minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Khachatryan's Jermaine Richmond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hu Wei Shu in the 68th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Casaus. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Merlin Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
