Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arturo Di Matteo took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play forced Calenzano's goalkeeper Donato Balestra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 minutes Calenzano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Calenzano's Donato Balestra managed to reach the ball for a save. Arturo Di Matteo struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calenzano. After a rather tough play, Calenzano's Enzo Martelli got a free kick in the 11th minute. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho suffered a sore thigh after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 17 minutes into the game, Enzo Martelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calenzano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ecuador made a substitution. Diego Mancebo replaced Cristian Sancho. A collision led to Calenzano getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Enzo Martelli hit a great ball. In the 21st play minute Arturo Di Matteo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Vera. 1-0. Donato Balestra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Mancebo in the 27th minute of the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Agustín Saelices who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calenzano's Donato Balestra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 38th minute of play forced Calenzano's goalkeeper Donato Balestra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Fedele Alessandrini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Donato Balestra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Di Matteo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calenzano.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Balestra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Donato Balestra managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Ecuador's Diego Mancebo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Juan Sebastián Puig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Donato Balestra made a huge save. Fedele Alessandrini kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Calenzano's Alessandro Giocondo was substituted for Yaniusky Pardo. Calenzano's Ennio Daniele was substituted for Alessio Santini. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Giocondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Donato Balestra made a huge save. When Comunardo Chizzo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Calenzano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Comunardo Chizzo couldn't finish the play. Pierrot Leenpoels might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierrot Leenpoels ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierrot Leenpoels, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 82 minutes of play, Calenzano's Pierrot Leenpoels made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donato Balestra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Mancebo's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Alessandro Giocondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Pierrot Leenpoels's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Calenzano were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
