Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Wirinckx in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Wirinckx in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Venezuela booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Vandendriessche didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Arnout Worteleers notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Wirinckx was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roderik Van den Berch in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, SK Dreigoten's Nickolas Wittemans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christoffel Portmans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Roderik Van den Berch came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. After 67 minutes of play, SK Dreigoten's Roderik Van den Berch made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! SK Dreigoten's Christoffel Portmans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save SK Dreigoten from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in SK Dreigoten's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoffel Portmans came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Wirinckx in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Vandendriessche didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to SK Dreigoten getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. After 94 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gisbert. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeffrey Degryse in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that SK Dreigoten were the better team. SK Dreigoten's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
