Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. After 7 played minutes El Expreso got a freekick which was hit by Tacettin Öksüzoğlu. 10 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edu de Sousa. Elia Di Ianni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Mikhail Horoshevskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elia Di Ianni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Cosimo Haye de la tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Cosimo Haye de la reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dante Lacasa. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elia Di Ianni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Mexico booed when El Expreso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosimo Haye de la didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. Scott Bradbury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mexico eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
