Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donald Voldfrom in the 17th minute of play. Qu Feng took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donald Voldfrom in the 22nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Randall, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 29 minutes of play, PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Donald Voldfrom made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Cristi Mitică got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donald Voldfrom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. 42 minutes into the match, Donald Voldfrom notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of PALMEIRAS-UTAH booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Qu Feng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Qu Feng. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Feng in the 62nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qu Feng got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Qu Feng in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Donald Voldfrom, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 曲骋威's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 曲骋威 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, PALMEIRAS-UTAH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 曲骋威 to maneuver through the defense. Bailey Kerns scored 0-6 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Qu Feng showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 81 minute of play. Andre Randall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. A hard shot 88 in the game by Qu Feng from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Dominik Olchawa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Dominik Olchawa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Qu Feng recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Qu Feng showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. PALMEIRAS-UTAH played a much better game than Venezuela and deserved their victory. The Venezuela players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
