Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykan İsmet having to interfere. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aykan İsmet. Aykan İsmet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Gladiators Milošová booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aykan İsmet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykan İsmet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 28th minute of play forced FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Aykan İsmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aykan İsmet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Aykan İsmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Gladiators Milošová's Aykan İsmet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Gladiators Milošová's Vojtech Abrahamfy got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Aykan İsmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes into the match, FC Gladiators Milošová's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Aykan İsmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Gladiators Milošová's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ibrahim Hanif in the 68th minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Aykan İsmet made a huge save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinny Tusk in the 73rd minute of the match. Aykan İsmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
